2. Service Fees and Duration

• The subscription fee for our services is ₹150 per person, which provides access to mental and physical health programs for six months.
• The payment covers access to general counselling and fitness sessions. Advanced or specialized services may require upgraded packages, which will be launched soon.
• Non-Refundable Policy: The ₹150 fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Customers are advised to review our services and ensure satisfaction before making payment.

3. Referral Program

• Referrals are entirely optional. Customers may refer others to earn a referral bonus.
• Our company does not mandate or force referrals. Customers are under no obligation to recruit others.
• Referral bonuses are structured to reward those who voluntarily refer others. Details of the referral structure will be shared transparently.

4. Online-Only Services

• All sessions, including fitness, yoga, and counseling, are conducted exclusively through online platforms. We do not provide in-person sessions.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection to attend sessions.

5. Health Declarations and Disclaimer

• Participants are advised to consult a doctor before starting any physical activity if they have pre-existing health conditions.
• Customers with specific health issues must inform us in writing via email or phone before participating in physical activities.
• Disclaimer: We are not responsible for injuries, mishaps, or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or improper participation in our programs.

• Our initial offerings may vary or evolve over time. While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction for every individual.
• Customers who are not satisfied with the nature of our services are advised not to subscribe. Referrers are encouraged to explain the scope of services clearly to potential customers.
